Important to Note
Access: The property is accessed via August smart lock, you will receive a code in advance.
Beach Lines: All beaches in this area are private, and walking outside the property boundary line is strictly prohibited. Beach walks are not allowed. Shellfishing and harvesting is not permitted at this property (Belfair state park nearby allows this, please review state rules for shellfish licenses)
Parking: There is parking for 2-3 vehicles onsite. The parking is up a steep gravel driveway that turns off to the road. Alternative parking for one car is available on beach across street.
Community: This is a quiet community, quiet hours and respect for neighbors will be expected. Hot tub, firepit and outdoor areas used after 11PM must be used quietly, no loud voices or outdoor music permitted. Neighbors are sensitive to driveway usage, guests will be required to confirm receipt and reviewing of map prior to booking.
Shellfish and Fishing: We do not allow shellfish collection on this property and violators will be fined. Belfair State Park is nearby and offers oyster and clam foraging. Fishing is available in the Hood Canal but subject to seasonal days and licenses: check in with the state on licensing and requirements.
Children: We are family friendly! Amenities for kids include: kids’ utensils, board games, and some small toys. Note that the beach trespassing rules apply to children, so children who cannot be controlled with running and wandering may not be a fit.
Heat and A/C: The home has heat and two A/C units.
Events and Extra Guests: We do not allow extra guests beyond 6 total (ie: you are welcome to have daytime non-overnight visitors of up to 6 people total, including those on the reservation). Small events under the 6 person limit are permitted (birthdays, engagements, etc) as long as quiet hours are respected. For commercial events/filming we require additional disclosures, reach out for inquiries.
Pets: We do not allow pets.
Security: For security, we have outdoor cameras at points of entry to the property. Camera 1 is facing the road, and Camera 2 faces the side of the house/parking area. The cameras do not face the hot tub or outdoor dining, and footage is only reviewed if there are reported issues.
