Enjoy gorgeous water views with a cozy wood burning fireplace and modern comfortable furnishings. Our compact but fully functional kitchen provides all the essentials for cooking. Our dining table sits up to 4. The bathroom offers a shower with luxury touches.
The cabin has one bedroom with a king bed facing directly towards the water. The bedroom has a privacy curtain to separate it from the living room. The projector shines on the window blind for viewing from bed or the couch. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king bed. Both bedrooms have premium hotel-quality mattresses and linens that are new from 2024.
We are all about our expansive outdoor spaces. If being right on the Hood Canal isn’t enough, enjoy our hot tub, portable firepit, and outdoor dining.
The cabin is perched directly on the water and offers seasonal water toys such as a kayak, paddleboard, and floaties along with life jackets for adults and children. We recommend bringing water shoes as the Hood Canal is a rocky beach. In the summer the Hood Canal typically has warm and calm water and is great for swimming, floating, and exploring.
Our waterfront cabin is just steps from the water and offers abundant wildlife viewing. Enjoy watching herons, ducks, bald eagles, and the occasional orca from the deck, hot tub, or private beach.
Our deck offers a gas grill and outdoor seating and dining, Our cabin is between two nearby properties with privacy fences, your outdoor spaces are private but there may be people on the beach on either side of you. The back of the house has a small rock garden with seating and seasonal flowers.

“We watched the mist roll in over the ocean and distant trees as we cooked beautiful meals in the well stocked, modern kitchen. The place is private, unique, stylish and comfortable. We listened to music on the great stereo, and watched movies in the evening on the cool projector which is like a home theatre. The bed was very comfortable, everything was spotless, and the hot tub was a dream. It’s perfect for a little romantic escape, or quiet time with friends. 5 stars in every way!”

Access: The property is accessed via August smart lock, you will receive a code in advance.
Parking: There is parking for 2-3 vehicles onsite.
Neighboring Units and Quiet Hours: The property has two units, the second unit is a house farther back on the lot. Each unit has separated and private outdoor spaces. You may see other guests and residents on the drive in. This is a peaceful neighborhood community, quiet hours starting at 10PM are strictly enforced and at 12AM (midnight) there is a curfew and use of outdoor space and amenities is prohibited.
Cabin Size: This is a small cabin: just larger than a “tiny home”. The space is optimized to maximize the experience, however there is not a large amount of extra storage space or closets (wall hooks and luggage racks provided). Note there is no laundry available onsite.
Heat and A/C: The cabin has modern mini-splits for heat and A/C throughout the home.
Children, Pets, Extra Guests: We do not allow pets or extra guests, even just for daytime visits. We allow children, however we do not offer children’s amenities, and due to our premium furniture and amenities we ask that children be well-behaved and supervised. The beaches are unfenced and private, so children and all members of the party must be aware of rules and under control. Check out our other nearby homes that are pet-friendly or optimized for children!
Shellfish and Fishing: We do not allow shellfish collection on this property and violators will be fined. Belfair State Park is nearby and offers oyster and clam foraging. Fishing is available in the Hood Canal but subject to seasonal days and licenses: check in with the state on licensing and requirements.
Security: For security, we have outdoor cameras at points of entry to the property. Camera 1 is facing the driveway coming in, and Camera 2 faces outward from the outside of the deck towards the water. The cameras do not face the hot tub, and footage is only reviewed if there are reported issues.
